The Board approved the concession to low usage consumers on its 3 Years Business Plan from 2025/26 - 2027/28. That is 70 seniti/KWH for 2025/26, 65 seniti / KWh for 2026/27 and 60 seniti / kWh 2027/28. The low usage concession applies from 01 July, 2025 to consumers who use 150kwh or less throughout the three-year Business Plan Period.

We have been on quite a journey for the last six weeks and at this point, we need to state our gratitude.
