  • At least a tertiary qualification in management, engineering, or renewable energy from a recognized university or institution.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Senior Management role e.g., Deputy CEO/COO) within a comparable organization.
  • Demonstrated success in electric utility operations and renewable energy is strongly preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills
  • Demonstrated competence in building high-performing teams and managing key relationships
  • Demonstrated ability in shaping operational safety culture
  • Strong computer literacy, engineering, and renewable energy knowledge
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and Tongan
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
